HOW CAN I ORDER?

Ordering is easy from The Jewelry Collection by Karen Leslie. Your order is securely processed
through Paypal.

PayPal is safe to use and your financial information is secure. The Collection by Karen Leslie uses
PayPal to transact all online orders. You no longer need to have a PayPal account to order items.
You will just need your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit card, Bank ATM
card, or Electronic Check to order! (If paying with an E-Check, your item will be shipped when
the E-Check clears)

When you are ready to purchase, just click on the "blue shopping bag" button next to the
chosen item. You will be taken to a secure credit processing page in www.paypal.com. Your
Paypal shopping cart page will show your payment going to The Collection by Karen Leslie.com.
After payment is received, you will receive an email for this transaction.

Shipping is available only within the continental U.S. At this time, we do not ship to a P.O. Box,
or APO/FPO addresses.

USING COUPON CODES

Coupon codes offer discounts on purchases. If you are issued a coupon code, you will need to
type the code into the "Voucher Code" box during the checkout process and hit recalculate. You
will then see the coupon adjustment in your cart.

Entering the discount/promotional code is the responsibility of the customer. Discounts will not
be applied after the checkout process is complete.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, The Collection does not have international shipping available.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER

After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you
within 3-4 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive. This does
not include weekends and holidays. Delivery times vary depending on where you live in the
country.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping and handling is a flat fee of $6.00 within the United States. This charge will be shown
to you during your check out process. We ship all orders USPS priority mail with delivery
confirmation. Insurance is available at check out. We recommend adding insurance, as we
cannot be responsible for packages that are uninsured. You will receive a shipping confirmation
email once your order has been shipped.

All orders over $100.00 receive free shipping within the continental U.S. with Delivery
Confirmation and Insurance. All insured purchases over $200.00 will require a signature, at time
of delivery, from the Post Office.

Once your order has shipped, you will be provided with a confirmation email with a tracking
number. This will enable you to track the progress of your shipment. You can visit the USPS
website at http://www.usps.com to follow your shipment.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be collected only on orders sent within the state of Illinois.

ONE OF A KIND DESIGN AVAILABILITY

Most of our pieces are "one of a kind" designs which means that they will not be created again.
Our "one of a kind" designs, really does mean, "one of a kind!" Our designs will be changing as
new ones are added and sold.

In some rare cases, two people may try to purchase the same "one of a kind" design. We will
make every effort to put a "SOLD" next to the item and remove the shopping cart button, as
soon as possible. Or, we will completely remove the item from the website. If this should
happen before we have had the opportunity to update our website with a "SOLD" on the item,
we will notify the second buyer of the situation.

PACKAGING

Each piece of jewelry you purchase is packaged in a black velvet pouch with tissue paper ready
for gift giving.

If your purchase is for a gift, please let us know and we can ship it directly to the recipient.

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to take exchanges or returns for a
merchandise credit only, as long as the piece is returned within 14 days of receipt. The piece
must be in original sale condition and not worn or damaged. Shipping and handling fees are not
refundable. Please note, as our merchandise changes often, some gemstones may not be
available for repair, in which case we will make every attempt to find something similar. We would
notify by email or phone.

We do require that The Jewelry Collection be contacted by email notifying us that you are
returning an item. A "return authorization number" must be given before it can be returned.
Please state your name, contact phone number, email address and reason for the return. A
"return authorization number" will be emailed to you. This number must appear on the shipping
label. Returned shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure the returned item is

Merchandise being returned must be carefully packaged in a sturdy box or jiffy bag. Merchandise
damaged in return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, if not properly packaged.

REPAIR POLICY

Your jewelry is guaranteed under normal wear and tear for 60 days from purchase. After 60
days, your jewelry will be repaired for a nominal fee, plus return shipping costs. However, due to
the nature of our business of "one of a kind" designs, certain pieces cannot be fixed or
duplicated, if they should break. The Collection by Karen Leslie reserves the right to determine
normal wear and tear. If you should need a piece repaired, please email us at
repairs@thecollectionbykarenleslie.com before shipping.

Terms and pricing are subject to change without notice.

PRIVACY POLICY

We give you our guarantee that your personal and contact information obtained from you will be
held in strict confidentiality. We will never sell it, share it, publish it, or trade it with any other
persons, organizations and/or companies.
